Shipping and Address Changes

We ship USPS standard but on occasion may ship Fedex. We can reprint and replace your prints and ship it right to you if we made a mistake! We are not responsible for shipping damages end user mishandling (ex:scratching while testing),and/or miscommunication with regards to product description. All items ship from Florida, depending on where your located it may take 1-5 days. Flat/Free rate shipping only applies to the Continental United States via the most economical method, such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, additional fees apply.

Address changes are not accepted as per Etsy System, a new order will need to be placed and we will refund the previous. Please check address before proceeding.

Refunds and Exchanges

Orders are non-cancelable after 24hrs of approval and customer is responsible for fees incurred to date of cancellation, if cancellation is possible with a minimum fee of $20. Top Class does not offer refunds, items sold are custom to each customer. Please let us know within 48 hours of any problems once you have received your order.

Any orders canceled after receiving a free proof will be charged the cancellation fee of $20 and a proof fee of $10 per proofs sent. Any orders not advised of an event date when placing an order will not be valid for cancellation, rush option and/or shipping must be purchased but not cancellation will be valid, please advise of any events date ahead of time. Above also applies if client is unresponsive.

Additional policies and FAQs

We will send you an Etsy message proof prior to production, add 24-48 hours. Please be advised any in hands date (event dates) not advised prior to production may not be met. Please make sure to check your email messages or get the Etsy app, it will not be sent directly to your email.

Art/print disclaimer: Unless a PMS match item is available we do not guarantee colors; CMYK colors provided in artwork will be printed and may differ between proofs and various computer screens.

Digital downloads are for personal use only, resale or commercial use.

Payment

All orders are pre-paid. I understand that changes to the job, art,and/or shipping schedule may incur additional charges not listed and/or affect the schedule ship date. We are not responsible for errors resulting from copy/art that was received or approved incorrectly. Taxes will apply in Florida.

ORDERING IS EASY!

Here’s how it works:

1. Simply add item to your cart

2. During checkout, in the "Notes to Seller" include all the relevant ordering information based on the required fields in the description. If your sending a logo or image send us a message which you are able to include an attachment.

3. You will receive a digital proof of your artwork through the Etsy Message System within 24-48 hours (business days). Orders not approved within 5 days will be automatically moved to production.

We are open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM but you can normally still reach us after hours. Note all orders received after 12 PM may be considered received the following day.

What if I need my item for a specific date?

Provide the following in your order in checkout message:

Phone number: Just in case you need to be contacted urgently as Etsy does not provide it.

In hands date (date needed): This does mean we will produce by that date but we will advise you upon receiving the order if there will be an additional charge plus rush if needed. We will also be able to keep better track of the order to make sure it reaches on time. It is best to ask prior to ordering if your order is needed in less than 6-10 business days from order date to avoid cancellation fees.

It is important that you include all details needed so that we can send your proof on time and not go back and forth for details.

Office Hours and Production Schedule

We are open Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM as official hours but you will often still be able to reach us after hours as we try to take care of everyone asap.

However please note that production hours will not start on weekends or that day will not count if placed after 11 AM.

Most orders typically ship within 2-4 days after proof has been approved (sent normally within 24-48 hours) since most are all made to order.

Will I see a proof before it ships?

It is important that you include all details needed so that we can send your proof on time and not go back and forth for details. Proofs will be sent via Etsy only (if product mentions a proof), please make sure to check your email for messages from Etsy or get the Etsy app. Failure to approve your proofs on time will delay your order.

Any cancellations will incur fees, if proof has been approved no cancellations can be accepted.

Proofs are sent within 24-48 hours (business days). Any proof not approved within 5 days will automatically be produced and shipped.

Once approved an order cannot be cancelled.

1 free proof is included, additional proofs/changes will be billed prior to shipping at $10 per proof.

Is my order guaranteed?

We guarantee that your order is shipped on time when ordering rush. You must advise if there is a specific in hands date when ordering or preferably before so we can advise you of any rush fees or extra shipping charges. We do not guarantee that USPS or Fedex will get your order on time. We do suggest going with Fedex Upgrade as they are normally always on time and can accurately track your order. Failure to mention your date at the time of ordering your item may not make it on time or mis deadlines. Etsy does not accurately track the dates when there is delays or includes holidays, weekends, extra proofs, etc. so be advised that their date may not always be correct when looking at your order.
